DeMoine Adams is a motivational speaker who inspires others to be greater, to be leaders, and to be winners in the game of life. 

 

DeMoine is originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and has accelerated much of his life as an athlete, both collegiately and professionally, so much that his experience has become an example for others to develop a Game Plan for their success!  DeMoine was a three-year starting Blackshirt Defensive End for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Cornhuskers who led the team in quarterback sacks during his time on the team.  DeMoine played an instrumental role in helping the Huskers win a Big 12 conference championship in 1999 and helped lead the Huskers to the National Championship Rose Bowl in 2002. He also spent time with the Green Bay Packers, Tennessee Titans, and the San Francisco 49ners.

 

As a first-generation student, DeMoine received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in three years with minors in English, History, Communications, Ethnic Studies and African Studies and went on to receive his Master’s degree in Educational Psychology.  DeMoine is currently pursuing his Doctorate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his research includes Leadership, Motivation, and Sociology. 

 

From being a Professional football athlete with five years of Pro football experience in the CFL, NFL, and AFL to becoming a Professional Motivational Speaker, DeMoine emphasizes in his talks the importance of having a Game Plan to be winners and pros in life.  DeMoine motivates and challenges others to:

  • Build positive relationships and a positive attitude

  • Develop a strong focus and work ethic

  • Create an culture of winning principles

  • Embrace the unique role of a leader

 

DeMoine is always the one who has pushed himself despite the obstacles in front of him, the setbacks that pushed him back, and the odds that stacked up against him. DeMoine’s personal attributes and resilience influences others to form a relentless commitment in order to win in the game of life.  DeMoine speaks numerous times each year throughout the country and has a true passion for people reaching their full human potential as winners and leaders in life.  DeMoine’s motto in life is: “Once you see where you’re going, everything you do must correspond with where you’re going.”
