Heart Over Hype

“Heart Over Hype” will motivate students to be role models instead of role followers by choosing to do what’s right instead of what’s popular, and demonstrate unconditional kindness to all students every single day. 

Stand UP (Bullying/Drug Prevention)  

“Stand UP” is a bullying and drug prevention program that challenge students to play DEFENSE by TACKLING bullying and drug behaviors by Speaking up, Stepping up, and Teaming up in order to create a safe, responsible, and respectful school environment.    

 

Bring your 'A' Game

"Bring your 'A' Game" will motivate students to give their 100% best with their effort, focus, and commitment in EVERYTHING they do in school in order to produce greater results in the classroom, on standardized tests, and in their attitude toward their education.

 

Resilient Winning

Failing is a part of life, but how do you keep a positive attitude and see failing as an opportunity to improve and get better?  'Resilient Winning' will give students the ability to respond to adversity by never giving in, giving up, or giving out to failure, setbacks, and poor results.  Students will also learn that their mistakes and background does not, should not, and will not define their success in the future.   

Exercise Your Leadership

Everyone has leadership, but it must be developed and EXERCISED!  “Exercise Your Leadership” will challenge students to stop being followers and use their influence through the choices they make, the influence they have on others, and the way they respond to adversity by developing a strong character and the MUSCLE they need to create more leaders, not followers.

H.E.R.O. Leadership

Heroes give people in movies something to believe in, but H.E.R.O. leaders give people in real life the seeds of potential to believe in themselves.  "H.E.R.O. Leadership" will encourage students to lead by serving and become positive role models to make a positive difference at their school, in their community, and in the lives of others.  

 

Scoring in School 

If life was a game, you have to SCORE to win!  "Scoring in School" will teach students how to score in the classroom by making the RIGHT choices, following the RIGHT directions, hanging with the RIGHT people, and NEVER giving up in order to reach their TOUCHDOWN and WIN as students.    

 

The 'I' in WIN 

You win or lose by how you choose.  This heart to heart talk will help students understand their responsibility in school, and that life's daily choices determine their character, who they will become, and how far they will go in life.     

 

The ALL-American

"The ALL-American" will teach students how to be an ALL-around winner in the classroom, outside the classroom, on their social media, and with their leadership in order to be successful in the real world.

The 'I' in WIN 

You win or lose by how you choose.  This heart to heart talk will help athletes understand their responsibility in school as well as an teammate, and that life's daily choices determine their character, who they will become, and how far they will go in life.     

 

Be a GOOD Sport
There are four types athletes: Good winners, bad winners, bad losers, and good losers!  Athletes and coaches will learn how to protect the integrity of the game by protecting and respecting one another through competition that brings out the best in everyone.  Because sometimes you have to 'lose to WIN'!

 

Exercise Your Leadership

Anyone can be a leader, but the difference is how one uses their influence.  “Exercise Your Leadership” will challenge athletes to build their leadership by using their roles to be role models, keeping themselves & each other accountable, and developing a strong character to have the MUSCLE they need to be leaders and to create more leaders, not followers.  

 

 

Defensive Leadership 

The side of leadership most athletes and coaches focus on is their position, their title, their hard work, and their OFFENSE toward the end goal.  But leadership is about teamwork, and in any work environment or community the ‘other’ side of leadership requires a social responsibility, an advocacy of Strengths, and ‘heart’work in order to execute successful leadership!  “Defensive Leadership” will help athletes and coaches execute their DEFENSE by defending each other, making each other better, and being responsible for each other in order to achieve the end goal in a constructive, positive manner.     

The ALL-American

"The ALL-American" is a presentation that motivates athletes to be an ALL-around athlete in their academics, character, community service, and leadership in order to be successful in the real world.
